Been there a couple of times. I still think that a F350 with the 6.2 and 4.30's would do you fine. The Ford dealer on I-4, think it's Gator Ford, usually has pretty good deals on trucks. Even in the hills, let the transmission drop down and do it's job, you will still have plenty of power. I never had a problem holding 70 with a 30' gooseneck loaded with a JD 325 skid steer and crew cab 1999 GMC 3500 with a diesel on the trailer.
