I would tip almost anyone that did a really good job for me, regardless of their profession… I am not tipping for the work done, but how well and efficiently, neat and cleanly it had been done, how friendly and courteous the worker was…

Often they won’t except it and I am not offended if they don’t, and never had the occasion where I felt anyone was offended for the offer…
