Incredible. Have heard of a Norwegian TV channel that continually broadcasts a picture of wood fire, but the fire itself is real.
Where does the heat come out?
Does it have a fan?
Is the fan very noisy?

The fireplace we instsalled looks very similar to the OP. The heat comes out the front at the top. The fan is very quiet and you can set the thermostate. We got our at Home Depot. Had to buy the entire cabinet just to get the fireplace but it was still cheaper to do that than to order just the fireplace. A buddy of mine took the cabinet and put it together and uses it in his kitchen.
