I hesitate to post this, but you might be cutting your nose off to despite your face. If you go back in history, each of the auto/truck manufactures have controversial issues in their existence. Personally, for me brand loyalty has very little influence on my vehicle choice. It did at one time, but that was years ago. My suggestion is to go with what does the job for you, at a price you are willing to pay.
