I am in the process of pricing an F550XL CC with a service body. Service bodies are relatively inexpensive (approx $10k for 108" steel body) and, afford 6 outside storage compartments. Add about $3-4k for aluminum.
Saw a custom aluminum service body on an F550 Lariat cc at the midatlantic truck camper rally carrying a triple slide Chalet camper. Very nice.
