You may want to verify that information. Fords website lists the F350 between 13000 and 13900 while the F450 is 14000 Lbs.
It is actually worse than that. Go to:

And scroll down to page #4. Note both the F350 and F450 have 14,000 GVWR's but the F450 can not carry as heavy of a camper as the 350 diesel and way less than the 350 gas models.
