I think you found a unicorn, I can find trailers with bedroom slide, w/d prep, and 3 bunks, or bedroom slide and quad bunks, but yours is the only trailer with all 3. Now there are a number of 5th wheel models with all 3 so if you're in a position to replace the truck and trailer you've got more options.
