Mold/dirty awning
I recently posted a plea for help to remove mold/grime from an awning that's only 6 months old. got some answers but none of them worked, ie, bleach, Simple Green, etc. any other ideas?

I cleaned ours and after a few months it was dirty again. It rains and water and dirt seems to seep in the ends and collect in the low spots.
It forms bands across the awning.
