Mold/dirty awning
I recently posted a plea for help to remove mold/grime from an awning that's only 6 months old. got some answers but none of them worked, ie, bleach, Simple Green, etc. any other ideas?

I have used Spray Nine Cleaner with great results. For tough mildew you may want to use a brush with stiffer bristles to break up the stubborn stain. The nice thing about Spray 9 is it is ready to use and can be diluted if necessary.
