I recently posted a plea for help to remove mold/grime from an awning that's only 6 months old. got some answers but none of them worked, ie, bleach, Simple Green, etc. any other ideas?
After the cleaning is done and the awning is dry the key to keeping it from getting moldy while rolled up buy natural bleach (which is peroxide). Mix according to directions and spay heavily and roll up. There will be no mold the next time you camp. This has worked for us and living in FL the land of humidity that is saying a lot. Read about this here on rv.net.
P.S. this is great for the shower in the trailer and home.
