Mold/dirty awning
I recently posted a plea for help to remove mold/grime from an awning that's only 6 months old. got some answers but none of them worked, ie, bleach, Simple Green, etc. any other ideas?

I let 65 MPH thunderstorm winds in Nebraska one night last year take my awning off for me...:R I never liked fighting the water, mildew and stinky mold anyway.
