Mold/dirty awning
I recently posted a plea for help to remove mold/grime from an awning that's only 6 months old. got some answers but none of them worked, ie, bleach, Simple Green, etc. any other ideas?

If your stains are sap from a tree hand sanitizer works really well. Probably would work on other sticky substances.
