I would certainly seek out one of those trailer, and check out the yellow sticker inside the door frame. You should always be suspicious of published dry weights. They are often extremely optimistic, and don't include "mandatory options" which no retail trailer would ever leave the factory without.
Looking at the brochure, there are many features marked as included with the "Sunset package", which includes things like the Air Conditioning, Tongue Jack, oven, microwave, and many other items. By including these in a package, even if every single trailer is built that way, is a sneaky way to drive down the brochure weights.
But the yellow sticker is a legal requirement, showing the true weight as equipped.
Besides the likelihood of being heavier than published, the number of items listed as a package would concern me that it will have extremely low carrying capacity.
