Motorcraft 10W30, 5W40, Rotella or Mobil 1 for 6.7

Just curious about what oil to put into my Powerstroke. Book calls for 5W40 (full synthetic) for towing 1000 miles. Local Ford dealer uses 10W30 as standard oil change oil. There are other diesel oi...
