Moving from a TC to a small compact TT
I'm usually over in the TC forum but.....we're considering selling our TC and getting a small TT. Like a Scamp. Or if we win the Lottery, an Airstream Sport 16. I'd sure like to hear from you TT ...

We dry camp with friends that have a very nice Alpenlite truck camper on a 4 door late model duramax .
we both drive down the same gravel roads to camp in the meadows on the Ochoco National Forest .
Our 21 ( 23 ' OAL ) trailer is roomier than their deluxe Alpenlite camper .
Walk around queen bed . Just 2 of us .
We paid about 70 % of their price and we also tow with a diesel gmc .
The trailer we bought has higher ground clearance than normal and we tow with the nose slightly down so that we do not scrape .
We have bigger tanks at 50 , 45 , and 45 so we do not have to conserve quite as much on water , either .
We operate from 2 RV batteries # 27 and a couple of AGM batteries # 78 in our GMC , so we have more electric capacity also . HD # 2 guage jumper cables to connect the batts .
Komfort, Arctic Fox , Nash are places to look for good quality trailers .
