`higher end small TT' may be an oxymoron. Manufacturers don't make any money on small TT's so there is no point in making one that is high end. Those folks that can afford high end models don't usually want something small.
Search this Forum for the brands you might be interested in and pay more attention to the complaints. Scamp, Aliner, Casita come to mind. At least look at Trailmanor's small TT.
I have an Escape 17B which I, and many, consider a higher end trailer than the Scamps & Casitas. All LED lighting, solar, dual 6V batteries & propane, wet bath, etc. 2100 lbs dry, actual weight 3010 loaded for a long trip. Many "standard" options available from Escape, plus they will modify or add just about anything during your build. They are popular with a 6 - 10 month waiting list for most models. Available as a 15', 17', 19', 21', and a 20.5' 5th wheel.
