He fat fingered it and meant 9 loaded. The only way mine would do 19 mpg loaded is if it was in neutral being pulled by a Chevy.
I have 21,000+ miles and have carried my camper in all conditions (snow, rain, head wind, tail wind, cross wind, etc.). Best I ever saw at 65 mph was 14 mpg. Most of the time 12 mpg. With a headwind 10 mpg.
2013 RAM 3500 DRW 4x4 3.73 gears with a Lance 1050S - 13,060 lbs.
