The Chevron station has a 5% bio sticker just like the rest. I will take a picture and post it later today since I need to get fuel on my way home anyways. Now whether they actually put bio in there or not and it is just there for liability I have no clue.
I believe that sticker is required by law, if you read it carefully it says something like: "Up to 5% Biodiesel". Not that is always contains 5%
