I called the dealer which is 90 minutes away and the owner has a local Ford dealership in town who is going to look at it. It only ticks or clicks after start up and 10-60 seconds but it is obvious. I looked online about it and I have seen everything from exhaust leaks, manifold bolts and the dreaded sparkplug issue...which I don't understand. Darn I am hoping I didn't make a bad choice!
Could be a broken exhaust manifold bolt, especially if it goes away once warm.
