There should be a sticker on your driver's door with Axle Code for Ford Trucks and Excursion. 3.73 is standard. 4.10 optional for 2WD, 4.30 optional for 4WD. Should be one of these:

31 - open - 3.73
32 - open - 4.10
33 - open -4.30
C1 - L/S - 3.73
C2 - L/S - 4.10
C3 - L/S - 4.30
