A soft floor is usually caused by water intrusion, either from a roof leak or from water being thrown up from the tires. Either way it says rot is occurring. It may be soft for other reasons but rot is so common that no one is willing to take a chance.
Are there any water stains either on the ceiling or walls? It looked like there was a yellowish stain on the wall next to the lav but it may have just been lighting. If there are stains or wear marks you should be sure to show those so people know what to expect when seeing it in person. Maybe take closer shots of wear and tear so you are not wasting their time and yours.
Yes RV often have water issues but it's common to have these foam sandwich floors develop soft areas where the foam or glue gives out. My sons damage was not near a wall and it didn't extend to the cabinets, the underside was intact and membrane glued to bottom of floor was perfect. The problem spread with time and it was directly in the travel path and nowhere else.
My floor is generally soft all over, but to it has been that way since the day I bought and it has never been a problem. - azrvingExplorerNothing wrong with your pics and the trailer looks perfect. Nothing laying around, bed is perfect, you cant do any better.
- rbpruExplorer IIWhy would anyone want to buy something that looks bad, when they can buy something that looks good?
If they want a fixer-upper, they will want it cheap. - azrvingExplorer

I have been in sales for years and this is how people are. They make up reasons to hide the real reason, and people tend to do this for varying reasons! So just keep listing it, and at some point the right person will come along and decide they want it... and they'll dicker with you or just agree to buy.
I do hate ads with dismally underexposed interior pics. You have avoided that, no doubt. Although maybe a bit too bright, as someone else mentioned. - nohurryExplorer^^^yeah^^^
Nothing wrong with your pics. Your just gonna have to wait for the right buyer is all. Sometimes it takes a while. Lots of TT's out there to choose from. Shoot, When we bought our last TT, I thought the shopping around was fun. I was almost disappointed when we found "The One". Be patient, or lower your price, or....gasp.....trade it in on the new one. Good luck any ways. - azrvingExplorerYou are making this too complicated. It is what it is and it will sell when a buyer decides what the price is. Post the pics. Let people say what ever bs they want. Tell them that it has the lightweight rv spongy floor issue and to research it themselves. Leave them alone to look it over. Dont be all over them and in their ear. If you owe money on it and it will only sell for less choke up the difference or keep it. I'm not being a smart arse but it is what it is. A buyer will decide. If you cant live with that dont sell it. That's what I told my son and he kept dropping it $500 or so at a time and it sold. He's near Houston and the buyer was in Dallas. When the price got low enough a buyer from that far away decided to risk it and drive down there.

That is a very nice RV. You like it. Let the kid sleep in a tent, he is plenty old. In 3 years he (should) either be in school or have a job and not be travelling with you. And in 3 years your trailer will be just right for you and your DW.
Good Point! Unfortunately, we are planning for just a little more then a weekend in the mountains. This year we plan to go to California to visit friend who has cancer, Washington to visit another friend, and down to Missouri to visit some more friends. Next year we are planning to go all the way to the Arctic shore of northern Canada. - coolmom42Explorer II

Dunno... Your pics look great.. And I'm sure it's a very nice rig..
I looked at 3 used RV's and was so disgusted with them, I would only buy new after that experience... This was back in 2002..
Still have that brand new trailer I bought back then and have seen a lot newer rigs for sale since then and they don't hold a candle to mine.... :)
So, do whatever you need to do to sell your used RV... If you think pics will sell it, great.. If it's a POS and you are hiding it with pics... Well... That's your choice..
I would never buy a rig from pics alone... I also won't won't buy from a private party either... Just my own prejudice because I've been burned once and that's that... Never again...
Good luck! Mitch
I am not hiding anything, but I understand that some people do. MY TT is what it is. It is a 2005, not a 2017. I am only trying to get $5,000, not $25,000. According to the NADA estimate, $5,000 is more then $1,700 under the average value, and in my area, small TTs are at a premium, because of the Midland Oil Filed boom and all the young single guys that just need a place to sleep.
Honestly, I love my little trailer and the only reason I am selling it is because, somehow a 5,10 man and 5,3 woman produced a 6,2 15 year old son, that is too big for the make down table bed. If it were just me and the misses, I would never sell it.
