My 350/3500 is just too big to fit between the lines!

My dually barely fits between the parking lines but it is always within the parking lines. Most of the problem parkers I see in Tucson seem to have Sonora Mexico license plates.

Same thing happens to us. Must be some herd mentality thing!

Even my MDT 24' flatbed dump truck needs two spots as this guy did. I think the most was pulling my equipment trailer behind it. that was 6?! Yeah a bit diaginal, but that is how it goes sometimes.

I will say this Fred Meyer?Kroger lot is our go to Store, DW can put our Ram 3500 DRW between the lines, we do tent to hang about a foot or so into the spot behind us so as not to stick out out in the drive.

Oh yeah, I generally try to find two spots nose to nose and pull all the way thru to the opposite spot. That's to avoid backing out when I leave. That's not so bad since I added a backup camera but I still would rather pull out forward. But anyway stopping the truck at the end of the lines often leaves 3 ft or so in the back space.

Again the parking lot designers are sort of at fault. Of course they are trying to squeeze in as many spaces as possible. The city planning department has told them they need X number of spaces for a certain store size. So they try to minimize the space used for the parking lot. Thus the spaces are not intended for trucks. And possibly the city defines how much space constitutes one parking spot, so many square ft.

I always love it when I see people park in the crosshairs of 4 spots. Hate to say but I think they are asking for damage vs trying keep from it.
