I was thinking same thing about using an aluminum sheet. Wonder how much a 4'x8'x1/4" sheet of aluminum would weigh... That would be enough for two panels for my install.
Then I could mount the aluminum sheets up on alumimun unistrut sections. We probably approaching the weight of the non flex panels now hehe...
