In spite of the fact that many here poo poo them, and I presently don't use one... There is nothing wrong with the standard friction control system that served you well for so many years. You did exceed the limitations for a SINGLE sway control as you went up in TT size. The simplest solution for you is to just add another sway control to your old hitch and carry on. (I used this system for quite awhile and would not hesitate to do it again)>
It is too bad that nobody will stand behind the product after the sale.
Since the blue OX seems to have such a following here, I bet you can sell it real easy used to recoup some of your money.
