With tens of thousands of Blue Ox Sway Pro systems in use that in itself should tell you something. Blue Ox is hardly new to the game, offering many other products as well as the Sway Pro, so if speaking directly to a company rep hasn't helped resolve any issues you may be having that should also tell you something. Ask yourself - why
you and no one else? That said, if it's such an issue for you sell your Blue Ox on Kijiji and put the proceeds into a different system.
