My Blue Ox Sway Pro Experience (Bad, but now resolved)

I have the same system, and it looks like you may have too much tension (flex) on the bars. They have to be level but I have a similar set up for trailer and truck and you may want to adjust by loosening a chain link. I also use an extension bar and socket instead of the wrench they provided seeing it hits my propane tanks when I loosen it.
