I also use an extension bar and socket instead of the wrench they provided seeing it hits my propane tanks when I loosen it.
If I go back one chain link, then the truck dips in the back and the trailer dips in the front, so the trailer and truck are no longer riding level.
I have noticed some slight dipping when we are fully loaded but find it level when empty and returning home.
This is part of my concern that the system was not installed properly.
Connor from Blue Ox emailed me this morning saying he is going to have one of his outside dealers contact me. So who knows, there may be some hope yet.
