Finally, since you have a friend who owns a Sway Pro who is reportedly satisfied with his I'd echo the suggestion you compare yours to his to figure out just why you're having so much difficulty.

Perhaps it's just me but I would have thought this to be the most obvious first step, even before calling the dealer and Blue Ox, and certainly preferable to posting here on the forums. As I already said, considering you're one of very few who have ever complained about the Sway Pro it's hard to believe the design is so faulty, leaving one to logically conclude your system either isn't installed properly, adjusted properly, or some component isn't functioning as it should. Good luck with it, perhaps this other dealer Blue Ox referred you to can clarify just what is going on. :)
