Great thread. I'm thinking about doing this myself but I'm not sure the rest of this junky Norcold will hold up. Hate to spend that kind of money only to have the doors fall apart or what ever.
I'm looking forward to hearing how this works out over the long run.
One thing I've seen is they have LOTS of ice build up on the interior coils. Adding fans is probably a requiement to keep the ice down. I see you used their fans but is the baffle on the fins also form the cooling unit people or did you create that yourself?
I'd like to add that to my existing firdge.
