We had a similar experience last week when we upgraded to a 2016 Apex Ultra Lite 250RLS. Our dealer is in LaGrange NC and it was our second purchase there. Like you, when we took our 2012 unit for a slide leak (which we found was caused by the slide not fully extending the last 1/2 inch) my wife fell for the new one. It is a family owned dealership and we felt like part of their family, when we went back to pick up the new unit, it was opened and everything was connected and we were showen all the appliances were working and explained all the new features of the unit. They transferred and set up our wd hitch at no charge to us. Such a joy to deal with honest, cordial people in todays "gota go fast world".
