I wasn't sure if I could post names of dealers but here ya go:

Last night at 7:45 PM our sales lady called and thanked me for the email I sent thanking her and the tech for such a pleasant experience! She said the new tech was really floored that someone actually took the time to express how they were treated. Kids... :B
As was stated, the REAL test will be if we ever have to have service on the unit. I am mechanically and electrically inclined so will do everything myself within reason.
On another note: one thing that impressed me was their repair shop. It was one of the cleanest, neatest garages I have seen. I commented to the sales lady about that. She said the service manager made the techs clean up at the end of every day. Says a lot about how the place is run.

Oh, one more thing, the ONLY dealer charge was the $208.00 for document fees and stuff. No PDI charge, no charge for installing the hitch I bought elsewhere, no charge for the two tanks of propane. They did charge me to swap out the 2 5/116" tow ball that came on the WDH for the 2" I needed. A whopping $9.95!
