We currently own a 2003 Dodge 3500 4x4 5.9 diesel that we bought new and it has 235 HP and 460 pounds of torque. We use it to tow a horse trailer with a 7500 GVW and we will never go bigger. We do not have any interest in purchasing a new diesel due to their cost and complexity.

Since our next truck with be a gasser we enjoy reading about the experiences of people who own and use either a 6.4, 6.2, or 6.0 V-8.
