My Name On The Torklift StableLoad Packaging
I was pleasantly surprised the other day, when I was about to install the Torklift StableLoads on our new truck, and noticed the packaging.
Several years ago, two rear Stableloads actually broke on our 2004 Silverado, due to an improper dealer installation. I contacted the RV dealer who then gave me the number to the manufacturer, Torklift International. I spoke with a customer service person about the issue and explained we were shortly taking off on a trip to the Everglades and Florida Keys and would need replacement parts as soon as possible. Torklift is an awesome to work with and said they would send a whole new kit out right away. But about a half hour later, someone from the Torklift marketing department called me and asked if I would be interested in testing out a new StableLoad called the Quick Disconnect Stableloads and then be willing to give Torklift my impressions of them while traveling. I said I'd be glad to, but I just needed them soon.
Torklift and I communicated, via email, several times throughout the trip about how the truck handled. I was very impressed how the Stableloads performed, so they asked if they could print one of my comments on the packaging. I agreed, but then forgot all about it.
So, when I received my new kit and was about to install them on the truck, this is what I saw.
