My new to me camper.
I decided my other camper wasn't worth fixing so I bought this one to replace it.
Its a 1995 Lance 945 11'3" with a built in generator.
It needs some cleaning and some other upgrades. Should be camping in it pretty soo. :D

When I got my new binds they had shorted me one bracket and it finally arrived yesterday so I got my last blind installed.
So with that done I got out my new bedding and that part is done.- If has the original converter/charger you might consider upgrading to a newer unit that will vary the charge rate depending on the condition of the battery. I killed at least one battery before I changed mine to a newer unit.
I have a 1999 Lance 1020 and you've given me s few ideas to spruce mine up. The interior of yours is exactly like mine except for the fabrics.
The one thing I'd really like to get is new seat cushion foam. 20 year old foam just doesn't work well anymore. 
Today I replaced the vent/emergency exit over the bed.
The duct tape the previous owner used didn't quite do the job.
Getting closer.
I got my new toilet seat installed and the bathroom scrubbed out today.
I also sanitized and flushed the entire water system. The water heater was a joke. I'll bet its never been flushed out in the last 24 years.
This camper didn't have a shower curtain so I took the curtain and rod out of my other camper.
It didn't have any drain stoppers either so I robbed them out of my other camper too. :D
The camper came with a 1" aluminum blinds and one that went half way down the door. I replaced that one with one that covers the entire door.
Still lots more to do.
I wonder if there's any chance that this is the original anode rode??
Cleaning the old owners out is sometimes interesting.
I got most of my blinds installed today. They shorted me one bracket

I used white roofing sealer to coat my roof vents and after 1 season it hold pretty well.
What did you scale for rear axle?
My 11-10 long Lance puts 9000 lb on rear axle (and I removed rear generator to put Honda on front hitch), so even this is shorter, the first concern for SRW would be overloading.
My 11-3 scales 6200 on the rear axle.
I weighed my last camper but the scale didn't differentiate front from rear, only total.
This camper is actually a few hundred pounds lighter than my 9.5' camper.
