Same reason I have a camper.
I live in the heart of the Piute Trail. We went thru Mayfield and up 12 Mile Canyon.
Weather was perfect and we had a great time..

Perhaps you can guide the wife and I next summer / September on some of the Paiute Trails. My father took me on many a hunting trip for Elk and Mule Deer in the Fish Lake area. My plans next year are to visit Fish Lake and especially Mt Terrill.

My latest camping trip was back to the Arapeen Trail in the Manti La Sal National Forest.

We couldn't have asked for better weather. Especially in November.



Loaded and ready to go.





I went with my best friend who moved in next door back in 1963.



This counter space is one of the things that I like most about my camper. The other is the built in generator.



I don't know how they do it but these two pink flamingos find me every time I go camping.

Here's a few pictures from my weekend excursion. This was Friday morning.
Ferron Reservoir, 9400 ft in the The Manti–La Sal National Forest in central Utah.



It was a little chilly when I woke up.



With a light dusting of fresh snow.
