My opinion on slideouts
After reading year after year of all the problems with slideouts, I have come to the conclusion that they are one big gamble! Any one else think the same ? Jack L

Purchasing anything from the RV industry is a gamble really. However, I'd wager that the vast majority of installed slide systems out there are pretty dependable. You only hear anything about slides when someone's is having a problem with them. Nobody creates posts raving about how well their slide worked yesterday or how they haven't had a problem in the last 5 years. There's 5 of us, a cat, a large dog, and guests from time to time. Slides are pretty much a necessity for us.
