I too figured there would be more GM's.
The reality is that these guys depend on their trucks to make a living so every dollar counts. It has been said many times that the Ram/Cummins has the lowest cost to operate per mile and clearly that is still the case. The Cummins million mile club is a true testament to the ultimate durability of the engine.
