I'm going to agree in principle with the results. I drive 30K to 40K a year, take deliveries from many hot-shots, and am generally very observant of other vehicles and rigs. By far, the haulers and RVer's driving newer trucks have RAMS. There's also a lot of older Dodge Rams on the road with the 5.9 CTD. Once in a rare while, you'll see a GM product being used by a hauler. I can't even recall seeing a 6.0 or 6.4 PSD used as by a hauler. Quite frankly, of all the haulers and RVer's that are using Fords, there's a fair split between the 7.3 Super Duty and the 6.7 Super Duty.
We were camping last weekend and there were more RAMS than anything else in the campground (when considering heavy duty trucks).
I've had all 3 and do currently own an OBS 7.3. After my '96 Dodge Ram 1500, I said I'd never go back to Chrysler products. I became a Chevy man through and through. My last gasser Z71 gave me well over 200K trouble-free miles. But with all the changes to market, technology and regs, I'm now in a RAM and loving every minute of it.
