MyRv linc pad apps disappear when I unplug it??

Question

I just got a new Forest River Wildwood Heritage Glen 312QBUD.  It has the MyRv Linc pad. I didn't really need this but it was included so I thought I would give it a try.  The apps for the slides, stabilizing jacks and awning disappear when I unplug it to take it outside. This kind of defeats the purpose of having a remote.  When I plug it back in the apps reappear.  This system came with no manual and I am having trouble finding much info online.   Does anybody else have any experience with this Lincoln pad system?

I don't have one but is it shutting down when you unplug it or just certain apps disappear?

We just bought a Heritage Glen with this Linc pad. We will be picking it up July 8.  We found a rather small instruction booket at the bottom of the box it came in.  Not much there! Did you allow enough time for the tablet to get a good charge before taking it outside?

Yes, it is fully charged.  I have talked to the dealer and they have had the same problem with a few other new campers. I am going to call Lippert  this week and see if I can get some answers.  The first time I called they were not very helpful.  I will make sure to talk to a tech.

Just now watched a You Tube for this system and it said that the manuals were in PDF files on the tablet.  This might be a place to check.
