The TV in the living room, a 1995 RCA 25", has a good picture. It's an old tube type. The digital TV's don't seem to have as nice a picture as the old tubes.
The TV in the bedroom, a Samsung 32" rectangular screen, has nice sound and receives the digital broadcast signal directly from the antenna, without using a digital to analog converter/decoder. This results in better reception of alot more channels than the old analog tube TV in the living room can receive with a converter/decoder and amplifier added in-line.
