Name this location

Arctic Circle on the Dempster Highway, Yukon Territory headed to Inuvik. When I was there I talked to a fellow who had the great job of emptying the port-a-potties. He had been called to clean the one here a while back but could not find it when he arrived. It seems that it had not been anchored well and had blown over the hill! Hope no one was in it!!!!!
