Jayco is made with heavier materials as well as heavier slide design.
Jayco uses wood trusses in the roof and floor.
Jayco uses the heavier rack and pinion type slide out mechanism.
Not sure but Jayco may use 2" aluminum for wall studs. They're aluminum for sure though.
Keystone Premier uses aluminum roof and floor trusses.
Schwintek type slides instead of the heavier rack type.
1-1/2" thick aluminum wall studs.
Keystone will use lighter weight materials inside as well.
Jayco has consistently higher CCC's than Keystone, which means Jayco is using stronger frames as well as heavy duty tires and suspension.
Go look at how the drawer construction is done on both. Jayco uses thicker wood for drawer fronts.
2 year warranty for Jayco vs 1 year for Keystone.
