Narrowed choices down.............. I think :)

What numbers are you comparing? As-built or max for the TT?

The reason I ask is my manufacturer rates the max for the TT based on axle and tire ratings. So they have at least 5 very different TT's that all have the same max number.

You could be running into that type of difference between 2 different makes.
