Nash 29S & Slide Question

Don't have a Nash but did have (recently sold) an 2007 29 5T Arctic Fox. )Only problem concerning large slide was shear pin in drive gear would break. I carried extra shear pins, a metal punch and hammer to repair, if needed. First time it broke I was in an RV park-they had a mechanic who replaced it and charged me 80.00 for 30 minutes work and shear pin---for that kind of $$'s figured I could do it myself.

I've never read of an issue with a Nash slide and the slide doesn't look that big. It is more than a foot taller than many TTs at 11'6".

We have the 29S since September of 2017 (it's a new 2018 model). We have had no issues so far. Granted this isn't too long yet. However, I'm not too concerned. There are much larger slides out there now and have been for some time. Based on what I have seen with this slide design and Northwood's overall quality I'm not concerned with it.

By the way, we love the 29S!
