I would make Utah a separate trip. Camp at Bryce as it has a higher elevation and is cooler in the summer. From there you can day trip to Zion. Arches is hot, hot, hot in the summer. Find a campground in Moab to have electricity for the A/C. I just did this trip last summer.
Glacier, Yellowstone/Teton is another trip I did a few years ago. Yellowstone is huge. Lots of driving to see some of it. Glacier was my favorite. Lots of hiking with shorter drives to the trail heads. Going to the Sun road was great. Drive it, don't take the bus tour. That way you can stop when and where you want. Don't forget to pack for a picnic at one of the many places to stop.
This summer we're going back to Glacer and then up to Jasper and Banff which I haven't seen yet.
Happy trails!
