Heck, I think it's rude to even leave a porch light or lighted steps on all night (or at all)
It is so nice to be able to see shooting stars, the moon, without lights
The only thing that makes the lights better is fire up your generator, tie you guard dogs out to bark and whine all night.
I'm sure that you will enjoy your lights... think how many people you'll be able to offend.
