Need advice about trading in a TT that has been in accident

My TT was involved in an accident in 2011 and was repaired. I want to trade it in and get something larger as the kids are getting too big for the bunk beds. What chance do I have being able to tra...

I mention it, and give them a copy of the papers from the repair job. Some say that I don't have to... but I do know that I can't be held accountable for misrepresenting anything. I know its a ding on the trade-in price, but better that than a lawsuit later on.
