The only thing I would suggest is that, if at all possible, get the trailer parallel to the deck before the rear of the trailer reaches the front of the deck. It will be a lot easier to keep the trailer moving straight back as you slowly straighten the truck than it would be to try to swing into place after the two are side by side.
You might also want to invest in some pool noodles or some other sort of bumper to strap to the deck for a little insurance.
