Need advice on travel trailer tips on buying one to live in.

Ok before anyone mentions it if the said trailer is over my 1500 limit i will have my buddy who has a 3500 cummins pull it. (I would rather have bumper pull over 5th wheel) So i am trying to decid...

With the trailer purchase, taxes and license, rent of space to park it, insurance, digging a septic system and buying the tank and leach lines, propane burning like crazy in the winter and electricity over the top in the summer, how will you be saving any money for years over an "appt.?"
