Ok guys just got off work, so i can go into more information, i am gonna try to get one October or November maybe? Term max of 3-4 years (then it will be finding a house i hope) it depends on current job length and if I want to stay in that location.
Also i do know they make destination trailers and I would rather have that but currently unless i find one cheap its out of my budget by far and the one I looked at (sold but still pops up on rv trader) didnt have thick insulation i think r7 walls and r14 floors based on google
